He was very understanding when it came to we all have our own life's and was really nice to work with when it came to scheduling tours of homes. He was also very knowledgeable about every house we looked at and was very straight forward in if a property had any history of damage in order to make sure we weren't blind sided after buying a house. Charles was by far the best agent I've had real helpful n he is gonna make sure you find a good home always takes the call to let you know what's going on or what needs to be done in order for you to close on the house of your dreams always getting to what you need n looks for the most amazing spots for you really handled alot of stuff for me to take stress off of my shoulders very appreciative with your time n if you work alot of hours like I do you barely have time to look at houses he is the only agent tht I have went n seen a house with at 5 or 6 in the day but by fare one of the best agents on here n he will make sure tht you get what you want when you want it n for the right price
